About Corvalent
A Legacy of Reliability. A Future of Innovation.
For more than 30 years, Corvalent has built technology for industries where reliability matters most.
Our story began in 1993 in Silicon Valley, where we were founded as American Predator Corporation. From the beginning, our focus was clear: design and manufacture industrial computing solutions that could withstand demanding environments, long deployment cycles, and mission-critical applications.
What started with industrial motherboards grew into something much larger. Over the decades, Corvalent expanded from rugged board-level products into full industrial systems, rackmount workstations, box PCs, panel PCs, edge computers, and Industrial IoT software.
Along the way, we earned the trust of leading organizations across medical, aerospace, energy, security, and industrial markets. Our systems have supported everything from medical technology and airport security infrastructure to oil and gas operations and enterprise
In 2007, American Predator Corporation became Corvalent — a new name for a company with a growing vision. Two years later, we moved our headquarters to Cedar Park, Texas, where we continued to expand our capabilities, strengthen our manufacturing, and build long-term partnerships with customers who depend on technology that lasts.
Today, Corvalent has deployed more than one million industrial systems worldwide. With ISO-certified quality standards, deep engineering expertise, and a culture of continuous innovation, we continue to help customers solve complex challenges with reliable hardware and intelligent software.
Corvalent is founded in 1993 under its original name, American Predator Corporation (APC), in Silicon Valley, Palo Alto, California. Most of the upper management of APC is still at Corvalent to this day.
Two years later, American Predator Corporation moves its headquarters out of Silicon Valley and into a facility in Morgan Hill, California.
In 1998, American Predator Corporation launches another industrial motherboard – the Pentium™ Hunter Triton.
Three years after the original relocation in 1997, American Predator Corporation expands its Morgan Hill, California facility.
Having received ISO:9001 certification, American Predator Corporation receives an award for being one of the fastest-growing private companies in the Bay Area.
In 2007, American Predator Corporation becomes Corvalent.
The innovation continues. In 2008, Corvalent introduces the 965 Micro ATX Dual Core – a powerful dual-core Pentium 4th Generation industrial motherboard.
In 2009, Corvalent relocates from Morgan Hill, California to a new facility in Cedar Park, Texas.
In 2014, new additions to Corvalent’s product lines are added – CorBox Box PCs.
In 2020, Corvalent celebrates over one million Industrial System deployments.
