President & CEO

Ed Trevis has been Corvalent President and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception in 1993. His leadership and business acumen attributed to double-digit growth and a rapid gain in the company’s market share. Prior to founding the company, Ed Trevis was Director of Sales of DEICO Electronics where he managed Regional Sales Managers who sold industrial motherboards in the OEM market. Ed has been a CEO member of Vistage International, a global top-level executive committee of business leaders, since 2001.

Ed holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and continues to drive the company’s mission, vision and values. His leadership philosophy promotes employee education and encourages personal and professional growth.

Under his leadership, Corvalent has won numerous awards including Fastest 50 Growing Private Organization in 2005 (Silicon Valley) and 2012 (Central Texas), 2013 Healthiest Employers in Central Texas, 2014 Best Business Award by the Texas Governor and Workforce Commission Office.

Denise Manchester

Vice President of Sales

Denise Manchester has over twenty-five years of Sales Management and Sales experience in the Industrial PC-based Embedded Hardware market, and has worked for Corvalent since 1994. As Vice President of Sales, Denise oversees a staff of senior Regional Sales Managers.

Before joining Corvalent, she held several Sales Management positions in Software and Hardware and managed a team of Inside Technical Sales engineers. Prior to Sales Management, Denise worked for ADAC Laboratories, a medical equipment company.

Denise is an ISO 9001:2008 certified auditor, an active member of Women in Business and the Small Business Association, and has been a member of Vistage International since 2003, a global top-level executive committee of business leaders.

Corvalent Martin Rudloff

Martin Rudloff

Chief Technology Officer

Martin Rudloff has more than thirty years of experience in Electronics, and joined Corvalent in 1994. Martin manages all aspects of product technology: Concept to Development, Production and Validation, and Product Support.

Martin began at MSM Corporation, where he worked in Operations as a technical liaison between the technicians, support personnel and the product manufacturers based in the US. In 1991, he relocated to the US to manage the Test Validation Department for DEICO Electronics (Industrial Motherboards). Martin is the founder of a Software and Computer Technology company that specializes in training executives and other professionals.

Martin graduated with a BS in Electric Engineering from Escola Politecnica in São Paulo, Brazil.

Corvalent Elcio Santos

Elcio Santos

Chief Information Officer

Elcio Santos has been with Corvalent since 1994, experienced in Business Operations, Management, Finance and Information Systems. Elcio developed the comprehensive information infrastructure and financial system currently used at Corvalent.

Previously, Elcio worked for Ralston Purina Corporation where he used relational database technology and developed multi-currency Accounting systems. Previously, he was a Commercial Applications Programmer and Systems Analyst. Elcio has been a member of Vistage International since 2003, a global top-level executive committee of business leaders.

Elcio holds a BS in Data Processing and Business Administration from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, Brazil.

Corvalent John Lapaglia

John Lapaglia

Director of Materials and Operations

John Lapaglia has over thirty years of experience in Purchasing, Materials, and Operations.

Previously, he created departments and developed procedures and processes for several startups in the transportation, semiconductor, oil & gas, energy and medical device industries. The systems and processes he set up at Luminex (Medical Devices) allowed them to successfully go public in a FDA regulated environment. John has led many ERP system implementations, written and negotiated a vast amount of contracts, and managed many various supplier and customer relationships. He has led other sourcing and improvement endeavors, set up Kanban and other JIT systems.

John earned a dual BA in Administrative Management and Marketing from Texas Lutheran College in Seguin, Texas.

Corvalent Amie Winegeart

Amie Winegeart

Accounting/HR Director

As the newest Corvalent member, Amie joins the company as the Accounting/HR Director. She has over twenty years of experience in the Accounting/HR field, twelve of those years in a manufacturing sector. Amie has extensive experience with safety, employee relations, finance, payroll, and human resources. Her focus is on engaging the employees, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, all while assuring accounting procedures and processes are efficient. Amie is a Texas native and enjoys spending time with her family and decorating cakes.

 

Amie holds a BS in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
